It is similar to Brazil kababs, except in a smaller, more flavorful portion. It is served on a skewer plate with purple onion bedding and fire underneath. They can let it cook longer to absorb more onion flavor, or they can eat it as is served. All skewers are available in the following flavors: - traditional dry rubs, cumin flavor is accompanied by a strong spice flavor and comes with a medium spice level. (Includes peanuts) - Upon request, we also offer extra spicy dry rubs and nonspicy dry rubs (no peanuts). - Spicy Korean: Sweet and spicy taste garnished with chili flake; we consider this a mild spice. - Sweet teriyaki: The sweet teriyaki flavor is ideal for all children since it contains zero spicy. Landon\'s favorite is chicken thighs (sweet teriyaki flavor) and fries. Popular items from this section: - Beef Yakitori - Lamb Yakitori - Chicken Thigh - Oyster & Scallops: - These two items are not on the skewer, and will firstly be cooked thoroughly, then grilled on the griller for a good minute, and topped with shredded green onion, cilantro, one roll of shitake noodles, and a hint of Thai chili. - The majority of customers find these options more acceptable and familiar. - Each of the skewer orders on the menu is accompanied by a description of how many pieces each order includes. - Peanuts are present in all traditional spicy dry spices (nonspicy dry rub excluded) - Garlic butter mixed mushrooms also contain traditional dry spices, so please inform your customers of this. - In the case of peanut allergies, they may request that the garlic mixed mushroom be prepared without the dry spice (we will stir fry it with butter and salt only for them). - If there are many burnt spots on the skewers before serving them to you, please ask the chef to cut them off. - Spicy Korean is garnished with chili powder. - Sweet teriyaki is garnished with sesame seeds. ***Appetizers*** **App that served with sauces on the side** - Calamari Rings -- Spicy Mayo, the app is stirred fried with garlic and green onions. (7 ozs) - Popcorn chicken -- Duck sauce, sweet and sour sauce - K's wings (6 pieces)-- Spicy Korean & Sweet Teriyaki - Cuttlefish ball -- Duck sauce (4 pieces each skewer; 3 skewers) - Anything that comes with fries -- Ketch up. **Other apps** - Loaded Gyoza: Pork filling, with Mayo and sweet teriyaki drizzled on top, garnished with sesame seeds and cilantros. - Garlic ribs: deep fried to make sure it is cooked all the way, and then stir fried with garlic and green onion in a pan. - Edamame: boiled - Hot & spicy Edamame: stir fired with garlic and chili flakes (Med spicy level) - Sea salt Edamame: coated with sea salt. ***Hotpots*** Two types of choices: Broth pot or dry pot **[Broth pot:]** **(**all pots are garnished with cilantro besides the one that already comes with garnish) [J Pot (Signature & most popular):] - This hotpot is made with our signature hotpot paste, and contains a variety of ingredients, making it an excellent choice for those who have never tried hotpot before. A great choice for older people.
