This program is similar to a design agency; it is face paced. Each day builds upon each other, so you will not be able to effectively move on until you make up for the missing work. The laptops cannot be taken home. If you have a laptop with enough ram and storage, you can possibly login to your Adobe account, download the application, and work from home. If you miss, it is mandatory that you come for power hour, even if you do work from home, so that I can see your progress and explain any necessary material. If for some reason you cannot come during power hour, you will have to stay after school or come before school starts to work on your assignment. This will need to be arranged with Ms. Meredith. One person is allowed out of the class at a time, and the epass will RESTROOM be used. If Ms. Meredith is demonstrating and/or going over materials, you will need to wait. GRADING Projects / Experiments (60%): There will be several in-class activities, such as sketchbook assignments, as well as a handful of projects. Each assignment is expected to be submitted on time. Late work will not be accepted. Participation / Effort (40%): attendance, being ready when class begins, engaging in class discussions / critiques, helping other students, following directions, group projects, presentations, paying attention during class demonstrations, taking notes during lectures, completing projects on time, FBLA / TSA graphic design participation and attendence
