ELITE IG ACCELERATOR (TECHNICAL TALK) This Coaching Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective 10 May 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by TECHNICAL TALK LLC (“Company”), and Emine(“Client”). Coach and Client agree as follows: 1. Engagement. The engagement (“Engagement”) for Services (as defined below) will begin effective 10 May 2024. The Client will be provided with access to the online training course,1-on-1 calls, done-for-you & weekly accountability calls. 2. Client Requirements. Client agrees to the following terms for delivery and review of materials. A. Provide any required information as needed for maximum effectiveness in receiving the Services. B. 2 Weekly calls every week C. Three 1-1 calls D. Provide you 100% money back guarantee if we don't scale your business to $3k-$5k/month in next 60 days or less than E. Consulting may include any of the following Services for the Client: (i) addressing personal struggles, business issues, or general conditions in the Client’s personal or professional life; (ii) value clarification; (iii) identifying plans of action; (iv) examining modes of operation in Client’s life; (v) asking clarifying questions; and (vi) making empowering requests or suggestions for action to Client (collectively, the “Services”). As part of these Services. The Client agrees that successful coaching Services will require a collaborative approach between Coach and Client. The Client further agrees that it is Client’s responsibility to enact or bring about any changes or recommendations identified through the Services. 4. Fees and Expenses. a. Clients may cancel this agreement by mailing a written notice to TECHNICAL TALK SP. Afterwards, they don't get the results. Notice of cancellation sent after getting results so may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of TECHNICAL TALK SP. 7. Confidentiality. Company agrees that all information received from Client in the course of Services will remain confidential, except when disclosure to a third party is compelled by law or deemed necessary by Company to avoid harm to Client or others. 8. Money-Back Guarantee. Technical Talk SP. does guarantee that if you don't get to the $3k-$5k/month in less than 60 days we will give you 100% money back without asking any questions. Company will send your money back at the same exact moment if you don't get the results. 10. Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the final, complete and exclusive Agreement of the Parties. No modification of or amendment to this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by each of the Parties.
