ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS 1. School President The president manages and supervises the business affairs of the corporation and of its officers and employees. He ensures the implementation of the school policies, plans, and programs as approved by the board of trustees; and confers academic degrees, diplomas or certificates to qualified candidates for graduation upon the recommendation of the VP for academics. 2. Vice President for Administration and Finance The Vice President for Administration and Finance is appointed by the President for a term of three years and renewable every three years thereafter. He assists the President in the effective and efficient administration of the finance and administrative function of the school. He reports directly to the President. 3. Academic Vice President The VP-Academics serves as the chief educational officer of the school; She Coordinates and supervises the Academic Deans, Chairs, Registrar, Librarian, Principals, Coordinators, and other academic offices attached to his departments; She Is also responsible for coordinating the three academic sections of the institution: the Graduate School, the College, and Basic Education Department; 4. Planning and Development Officer The coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of the institutional planning and development of academic programs and institutional publications. He reports directly to the president. 5. Dean The Dean is the chief administrative and academic officer of the college responsible for the realization of the college thrusts and is responsible for the overall supervision and management of the degree or non degree programs of his college and establishes a harmonious relationship between and among faculty, staff, and students. 6. Chairman of the Department He/She organizes, supervises and evaluates educational programs of the Department in accordance with schools’ Vision-Mission-Goal. 7. The Director of Student Services Supervises and monitors the programs of the offices under the student services department and designs programs and activities that promote students’ participation. 8. Coordinator, Student Affairs Development and Services Plans the co-curricular and extracurricular activities of students with coordination of the VP-AA and student services coordinator. 9. Cashier Works closely with the finance office on financial transactions and accept payment from the students and other clientele. 10. Campus Minister Serves as Spiritual Director of the School and spearheaded the spiritual activities of the college. 11.Guidance Counselor Responsible in informing, implementing, and supervising the guidance programs and activities in collaboration with the different colleges. He reports directly to the director of student services. 12.Health Personnel School Physician Conducts regular physical examination to all students. Provides medical counseling and advice to students and employees and first aid treatment for emergency cases and gives advises to patients. School Nurse Assists the physicians during physical examination and treatment of students and employees; School Dentist Schedules dental check-ups to students and other health services 13.Coordinator, Community Extension Services Takes charge in the formulation of the school’s extension plans and policies and prepares the plan of action to address the schools’ continuing community extension services; 14.Coordinator, Cultural Affairs Prepares a comprehensive cultural art programs, presentations and shows training programs and workshops. 15.Sports and Athletic Coordinator Supervises the activities relative to the sports development program of the School; 16.Scholarship Coordinator The Scholarship Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment of scholars and looks for funding agencies to sustain and expand the scholarship program.
