Time Management IS: Setting goals that work for you Time management is the skill of Creating a workable plan to get you there Dealing with reality making smart decisions about Working with who you are, playing to your strengths how to allocate your time and Finding balance and energy energy to the goals you value Decreasing anxiety and stress and have clearly defined for Time Management is NOT: yourself. Scheduling and micromanaging everything Filling every second with productivity Trying to become someone you’re not Like any other skill, time management improves with consistent effort, Increasing your anxiety and stress feedback, and adaptation! What do you spend time on that helps When can you focus best? Morning? Afternoon? to boost your energy and maintain Evening? balance? Schedule your more focused work during these periods What helps to boost your energy? Exercise? Meditation? Time with a friend? Other?
