Need to trust people in yur group and get along Types of formal organizations: 1) Normative: ones that are voluntary, do it for a common interest. 2) Coercive: not voluntary, strict rules and barriers. 3) Utilitarian: voluntary, but done for a personal reward. Bureaucrazy: is a hierarchy authority to labours with explicit rules and procedures and impersonality. 1) division of labour: Based on certain jobs and status. 2) Hierarchy of authorities: There is a rank, having more power than others do supervising. 3) Rules and regulations: The rules are consistent it applies to all labors and each person. 4) Impersonality: Has to be impersonal, get rid of personal feelings
