A holistic perspective is seeing ourselves as a whole. It is the processed thought that every person is different and everyone will face situations differently, yet everything is interconnected. A holistic perspective is more of a philosophical aspect. All aspects are tied in together to form a general overview of the problem. Refers to the perspective that considers large-scale pattern in system. Example: Instead of focusing on academic achievements, Adrian prioritizes the development of his self- awareness, values, and emotional well-being.
