These forums allow you to register with them and after that you can look into the answers to various questions written by others or you yourself can answer the questions. Almost every website these days has a small forum integrated in their own websites. An online forum, or a message board, is a public place where you can drop any message, or discuss about any particular topic Forums 4. Voice over IP Voice over IP also known as VoIP is a term that is used in reference to a voice conversation which is conducted over an internet connection rather than over the traditional phone line. Various large organizations utilize VoIP in place of the conventional phone line. It should be noted that it is very possible to make Voice over IP calls over a computer but with either handsets or a USB headset. VoIP calls are purely audio-based. Some good example of VoIP as an online communication tools for business are Skype,ezTalks,Whats App,etc. 5. Email Electronic mail or email is among the old online communication tools. It allows users to transfer photographs, send files and receive news from any part of the world. This online communication tool is broadly utilized for public communication,particularly in mailing lists. Advertising, political speeches, and marketing campaigns are examples of persuasive communication. Interpersonal Communication: Transactional Communication: qTransactional communication emphasizes the exchange of information between parties for a specific purpose. It involves a back-and-forth interaction where both parties contribute to the conversation. This form of communication is common in business negotiations, customer service interactions, and collaborative projects. Nonverbal Communication: qNonverbal communication encompasses body language, facial expressions, gestures, and other nonverbal cues that convey meaning without the use of words.
