Transformation Change Life Conviction Trial Belief Understanding Journey of Change Knowledge "The Journey of Transformation is about being "INTENTIONAL" Idea The process of transformation involves significant and fundamental change, whether in perspective, or behavior. Embarking on the path toward transformation begins with a concept, but it's important to recognize that this journey is deliberate and cannot be imposed externally. Our approach involves following the experiential learning cycle, beginning with: Tangible experience moving on to reflective observation, which leads to the learning and abstract conceptualization of the experience. Finally, participants are encouraged to share, apply, and practice what they have learned. - The character represents motives, and everything you value. - Connection is about relationships and who you connect with - competencies about the skills - commitment is about what destination you are committed to grow into. Ask yourself: 1. Who am I? 2. What happened to make me who I am? 3. Where to go? The DISC model describes four main styles: D, i, S, and C. - D is for Dominance, - i is for Influence, - S is for Steadiness, - C is for Conscientiousness. - Everyone is a mixture of each style, but most people tend to fall into one or two main DiSC style quadrants. D (Dominance) I (Influencing) S (steadiness) C (Compliance ) Ambition Expressive Methodical Analytical Forceful Enthusiastic Systematic Contemplative Decisive Friendly Reliable Constructive Direct Demonstrative Steady Accurate Independent Talkative Relaxed Careful Challenging Stimulating Modest Deliberative
