PERFORMANCE TASK PROJECT: CREATING INFOGRAPHICS Time Day Activity Allotment 1 55 The teacher will discuss the activity and minutes rubrics. (10 minutes) Each group will start with planning(lay out or design, color, information, pictures, and text) then followed by creating their infographics according to plan. (45 minutes) PERFORMANCE TASK PROJECT: CREATING INFOGRAPHICS Time Day Activity Allotment 2 55 Each group will continue working minutes on their infographics. (30 minutes) Presentation of infographics in the class. (25 minutes) ASSIGNMENT PERFORMANCE TASK: WRITTEN WORK Research a news article (2015 - up to present)on the internet about an event that that shows the power of media and information to affect change or an event where media and information was instrumental in making a change.
