SHERIFF’S POLICY MANUAL 3.20 PART-TIME EMPLOYEES: A. Part-time employees are employees who work less than 80 hours bi-weekly. B. Part-time employees will be eligible to receive annual step increases at one year intervals on the first full pay period after their anniversary date, unless denied by their Department/Bureau Director. C. Part-time unrepresented employees at the maximum of their pay range will be entitled to receive an annual lump-sum payment of 3% computed from regular base-pay earnings over the previous 26 pay periods. D. Part-time employees are eligible to accrue annual leave and sick time per the Sheriff’s Policy Manual. E.
