## Contactor and Starter Ratings You can usually reset the OLR without opening the starter enclosure door. AC magnetic starters are rated by the Electrical Equipment Manufacturers' Association of Canada (EEMAC). Specific starters are rated in standard sizes according to the maximum horsepower motor that they can start directly across-the-line.
