Sec. 21. Reexamination of Failed An applicant shall be allowed to retake, any number of times, only the subject/s in which he/she has obtained a grade below fifty percent (50%). When he/she shall have obtained an average grade of seventy percent (70%) in the subject/s repeated, he/she obtains a grade of less than 70%, he/she will be CONDITIONED again and will have to retake the examination on the same subject until he/she have obtained a grade of 70% or higher. 1
