**SECTION.0300 - EXAMINATIONS** **21 NCAC 04B.0301 SUBJECT MATTER** a. The auctioneer license examination shall test the applicant\'s knowledge of the following subjects: 1. a working knowledge of the auction business including conduct of auctions, auctioneering ethics, \(3) the rules of this Subchapter. b. The auction firm license examinations shall test the applicants knowledge of the following; (1) the provisions of the licensing law; and 2. the rules of this Subchapter. *History Note: Authority G.S. 85B-4(d); 85B-4(g);* **21 NCAC 04B.0302 RE-EXAMINATION/REFUND OF FEES** If the applicant does not appear at the initial examination for which he or she has been scheduled or fails to pass such examination, he or she will be re-scheduled for the next scheduled examination. If the applicant again does not appear or fails to pass this examination, the Board shall refund the licensure fee, but not the application or examination fee.
