NTP details are available in the service point details section, which includes NTP time sources (NTP servers) used by the service point to set its own time.
The primary purpose of NTP time sources is to ensure the service point is configured correctly before providing time to end-user devices.

To check the status of NTP on the service point, go to the diagnostics page and look for NTP synchronization state.
The NTP stratum level indicates the device's synchronization status with the NTP servers.

Updating NTP servers is necessary to ensure synchronization with the NTP servers.
After updating NTP servers, wait a few minutes before checking the status again.
A successful update will result in the NTP stratum level decreasing (e.g., from 16 to 4) and the synchronization status turning true.

Use the SNTB command to test NTP time server.
If the device is in a network that's not currently allowed, there will be no response from the time server.

To resolve the issue, add the network of the devices that you want to resolve for in the NTP client networks and save the changes.
Wait for a few seconds for the configuration to be reloaded into the service point, and the NTP server should start working.
