Kehoe-France Summer Camp Staff Policies

• Staff must report to the office between 8:15 AM - 8:25 AM to sign in and not go to the classroom until they have checked in.
• Staff cannot come on campus before 7:25 AM and must initial the clipboard under the appropriate date next to their name upon arrival.
• Those not signed in by 8:30 AM will be highlighted on the sheet and discussed with the director.
• Staff must be in the classroom to receive campers at 8:30 AM, and gates will be locked after 9:00 AM.
• Arriving habitually late is a safety issue and will require a meeting with the Camp Director regarding continued employment.
• Camper attendance and lunch orders must be completed and sent to the front office before 9:30 AM each day.
• Parents will not be allowed on campus this summer unless we are having a special event.
• Staff must use the summer camp sub-list and complete an absence form when absent during camp.
• Last-minute sicknesses do not require a 3-day notice, but you must still secure a sub and fill out an absence form upon return.
• Cell phones should not be present if you are supervising campers in any capacity.
• Staff should not be on social media during camp hours and should be aware of their online behavior.
• Do not post photos or movies of fellow staff without their permission, campers, or items related to camp in any way on social media.
