    Final Descent

    • Announced before landing/FSB sign on
    • Refrain from contact with the Flight Deck except for safety-related matters
    • Sterile Flight Deck, critical phase of flight under 10,000 feet

    Arrival Announcement

    • Variation for flights with connections: ask passengers to remain seated and allow those with connections to deplane first
    • For flights without connections: welcome passengers to their destination

    Final Approach (Landing)

    • Immediately after landing gear is lowered, all Flight Attendants assume brace position for jumpseat
    • Perform silent 30-second review (CLUE)

    Arrival (Taxi-In)

    • Announced after landing/off the main runway
    • Ask customers to open air vents and close window shades upon arrival during the summer season

    Countdown to Departure

    • 10 minutes: Main Cabin Door closed
