Virgilio Enriquez born November 24, 1942, in Santol, Balagtas, Bulacan, Philippines.
Known as the "Father of Filipino Psychology".

Established the Pambansang Samahan sa Sikolohiyang Pilipino (National Organisation of Filipino Psychology) in 1975.
