Promoting a sense of belonging and community within the peer group 02 PRODUCTIVITY Productivity is a sign of effective teamwork. Getting things done before the deadline, getting ahead on tasks helps keep morale up 03 LEARNING When we are in a team, more often than not we learn new things, habits and facts from the people we work with.
