Frias BSITTM1A The self-care activity that had the greatest impact on me was spending time with my friends despite our busy schedules and the fact that we study in different universities. These moments were not just about catching up but also about feeling connected and supported, which brought a sense of comfort, joy, and belonging. It reminded me of the importance of nurturing relationships, even when life gets busy, and how quality time with loved ones can uplift your spirit. Documenting my self-care activities was a surprisingly reflective process. Writing down my experiences made me more aware of how I was prioritizing my well-being. It encouraged me to pause and appreciate the small yet meaningful efforts I was making to care for myself. Seeing my activities written out also helped me identify patterns in what truly brought me peace and happiness. This awareness pushed me to be more intentional in carving out time for self-care, even during hectic days. Throughout this process, I noticed positive changes in my mood and habits.
