Why not ?        Daily routine Pressure from work Time management Cost Pace of life Work practice Availability of more processed food What are the major health issues of lifestyle?   People’s lifestyle can have a huge impact on their health. From a lifestyle point of view, the major health issues are obesity, smoking, alcohol, stress, drinking to much caffeine and lack of exercise which may lead to illnesses. So, we have two sorts of lifestyle: positive and negative attitudes of lifestyle. 1. When I exercise regularly, I feel healthy. ( 2. I wish I could stop snacking.( negative positive ) ) 3. A person who lives a sedentary lifestyle may be known as couch potato/ a slob ( lazy).  What do you think the best ways to encourage people to change their exercise \ eating habits?       Engaging the patient in helping to decide what to do or to have the intention.
