**International Studies Ethics** - To explain the ethical considerations in international studies. You should be able to do the following by the time you finish this module: - To explain the ethical considerations in international studies. - To cite situational examples affecting ethics - To set out critical issues faced in international relations 1. **Human Rights Violations:** Protecting human rights is a core ethical issue in international relations. Governments and international bodies face ethical dilemmas when human rights violations occur within sovereign states. For example, human rights abuses in Myanmar have led to international condemnation and debates over intervention versus respect for national sovereignty. An example of this ethical dilemma is the international response to the Rohingya crisis in Myanmar. Since 2017, Myanmar\'s military has been accused of committing severe human rights abuses against the Rohingya, a Muslim minority group, including acts of violence, forced displacement, and widespread destruction of property. These actions have led to mass displacement, with many Rohingya fleeing to neighboring Bangladesh for safety. Human rights violations, terrorism, refugee issue, climate change, disarmament, IPRS and global commons, global poverty and genocide are the ethical issues at International Relations at present. Leaders of the worlds are trying their best to create solutions. Prioritizing the fight against inherent dilemma to allocate resources and sustain the lives of their citizens. The United Nations employ the power of asymmetry to defend democracy where other problems life genocide will be prevented. This is a crime against humanity and can never be used to resolve international issues. The notorious genocide that happened in the past will never happened again. The right to protect life must always be the primordial duty of the leaders of the country and it must be carried out. Another is, the protection of our environment that sustains people and their cultural distinctiveness. **REFERENCES** ¬ Wikipedia ¬ https://www. internationalrelationsedu.org ¬ https://www.peoplescout.com/insights/managing-diversity-in-workplace/ ¬ https://course.
