Better Decision Making Always clear your minds whenever we make decisions. Bad decision making also results from muddled thoughts and strong emotional reactions. So, we need to be more aware of our thought and feeling patterns, we can discern more readily between short-term urges or desires and long-term values and priorities. What are the benefits of Self-awareness? 4. Communicate Effectively It makes easier to connect with any area of life, whether it's with a friend, boss at work & family. To have a better understanding of what you believe and what you really want. The more we know ourselves, the easier it is to interact with confidence, to be frank about what we want, and to be respectful of others' wishes. What are the benefits of Self-awareness? 5. Raising Efficiency A lack of ambition or dedication is not the most common cause of procrastination and low productivity, it's interference from ourselves. If we're struggling to get to work, it's typically because our feelings, emotions, or behaviors get in the way on some stage.
