Functional organization of human body Organ systems: 1- Nervous System 2- Endocrine (hormonal) System 3- Respiratory System 4- Cardiovascular System 5- Gastrointestinal System 6- Musculoskeletal System 7- Urinary System 8- Reproductive system 9- Immune system Functional organization of human body Organ systems: 1- Nervous System (CNS & ANS): It is responsible for regulation, control, response to stimuli (excitation) and processing of (dealing with) information (excitation code). Functional organization of human body Organ systems: 2- Endocrine (hormonal) System: Endocrine (ductless) glands secrete hormones that are transported throughout the body to help regulate cellular functions.
