Troubles vs. Issues A "trouble" is a personal or individual problem that affects a person directly. It is often seen as a private matter or a personal difficulty. An "issue" is a broader social problem that affects larger groups or society as a whole. It is often viewed as a public matter rather than a private Processing Questions: 1.
