Applicant must read this carefully and agree to our terms and conditions. 2. Validity of the agreement is minimum nine months, selected candidates must complete his nine months compulsory tenure, otherwise no experience certificate will be given; action will be taken against the candidate. 3. 1 Month of notice is mandatory before quitting the job otherwise 1 Month of salary will be deducted. 4. Eight working hours of the day, working time will be change according to Hospital schedule. 5. Four days off in a month, exceeding will be detectable accordingly. 6. Lunch time one hour from 2 PM to 3 PM changeable according to hospital schedule. 7. Irresponsible behavior and continue complaints from hospital management or patients will be dealt severely or may be suspended. 8. Dress code of the hospital must be followed, i.e. lab coat and ID card. 9. Department equipment and well being of the Azba Physio Care is responsibility of the selected and appointed candidates. 10. Salary will be transferred direct to the acct provide by the candidate and subject to the hospital transfer into our acct. By the end of the month or until second week of the next month. 11. Uninformed leave whether full day or less will be counted as irresponsible behavior and can be dismissed.
