W ater and sewer char ges will be billed back t o the Lessee wit h the f ollo wing r atio: Sq uare F ootage: 50% based upon sq uare footage (appro ximate sq uare footage of t he apar tment, divided b y approximate sq uare footage of all t he units in t he building) I.E. Building Sq. Ft. T otal = 1,100 sq. f t.U pper Apartment = 500 sq. f t. / Lower Apartment = 600 sq. f t.U pper Apartment = 500/1,100 = .45 / Lo wer Apartment = 600/1,100 = .55 Occupants: 50% based upon occupancy (number of occupants in t he apar tment, divided b y number of occupants in all of t he units int he building) I.E.
