In exceptional cases, however, upon recommendation of the dean and with the approval of CHED, students may carry a load of more that twenty-one (21) units but not exceeding twenty-four (24) units. Graduating students are given special considerations; they may be allowed to add three (3) more units from the maximum of twenty-one (21) units without CHED approval (or total of 24 units), or up to twenty-eight (28) units with CHED approval.
