PURPOSE: To establish guidance to the company officer-in-charge (Lieutenant) and the shift commander (District Commander - Suppression) regarding daily duties and station assignments. 618P.1 Daily Schedule 1. 0800 Roll Call - performed in apparatus bay 2. Scheduled personnel on-duty, in proper work uniform, conforming to grooming standards 3. Review pass-on information from off-going shift 4. Review new informational bulletins / S.O.P./ S.D.P.’s 5. Commence daily apparatus and equipment check 6. Remainder of daily schedule determined by officer-in-charge, daily activities should include, but are not limited to: a. Street drill/area familiarization b. Training of no less than 2 hours c. Daily/weekly/monthly station duties d. Physical fitness training period 7. Other duties as assigned by the Lieutenant or shift commander 8. Standby status periods will be determined by the officer-in-charge and should not commence until 1800. 9. The officer-in-charge will ensure proper breaks and mealtimes are scheduled. 10. Deviations from the schedule are at the discretion of the officer-in-charge, with permission from the shift commander. 11. 0730 Reveille 12.
