Intellectual capital has become the driving force in the attainment of the City’s goals and objectives. Blake Company Ltd is a multinational company with headquarters in Kindong City, with about 4000 employees in 20 different countries around the globe working and sharing insights in virtual teams. The Company has since adopted knowledge management in line with its key policy drive towards efficiency and effectiveness in organisational performance.
