Each will consist of 10 short-answer questions, with each question worth a maximum of 5 marks. The exam also has a fact-pattern question worth a maximum of 25 marks. You have two options: 1. Option A: Answer all the 10 short-answer questions and NOT answer the fact-pat tern question. 2. Option B: Answer only 5 out of the 10 short-answer questions and DO answer th e fact-pattern question. Announcement Volunteer notetakers must take notes for all lectures and have them uploaded within 72 h ours of the lecture date. Notes can be typed and uploaded directly using your personal co mputer, or handwritten notes can be scanned and uploaded to the Ventus portal.
