MONICA CHURCH Built in 1779 Neo-classical and Baroque architecture style is considered to be the biggest church in the region. 21 FESTIVALS PAMULINAWEN Celebrated every February 10 Feast of St. William in Laoag City This festival features a floral and dance parade. 22 FESTIVALS MANNALON FETSIVAL Celebrated in Marcos. “Mannalon” - Purely an agriculture area dominated by the farmers and framing is their main occupation 23 PRODUCTS, DELICACIES AND CUISINES BAGNET & LONGGANISA “Bagnet” - Otherwise known as chicharon, or deep-fried pork meat.
