Processes include developing the human resource plan, acquiring the project team, developing the project team and managing the project team. 3  Managing project teams Developing the human resource plan identifying and documenting project roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships. Acquiring the project team getting the needed personnel assigned to and working on the project. 4  Managing project teams Developing the project team building individual and group skills to enhance project performance.
