He will need a FBC to check his red blood cells and white blood cells. No change in his cough at present and no blood when coughing up sputum. Patient hospital number: 246810 Date 08/10/2024 Breast Clinic Review: Patient x had her left breast removed and the scar has healed well. On examination of her skin today, there is a slightly pink tone in the treatment area, and she is prophylactically using her usual cream to keep the skin moisturised. There is slight swelling in her left arm, and this will be monitored. The patient had lymph nodes removed from her armpit at the time of surgery.
