    Purpose and Scope

    Reporting Obligations

    • All personnel must report Serious Arrests or Violations of Law to the Department
    • Requirement to complete a report after custody and transport to law enforcement

    Reporting Process

    • Reports can be submitted via two routes: to Fire Administration or directly to Union President
    • Forms for reporting incidents located on station desktops
    • Reports must include:
