- Values: Things believed to be important.
- Primary Ingredient: The most abundant ingredient in a product.

Health Recommendations and Risks
- Sugar Intake: World Health Organization recommends no more than 12 teaspoons (grams divided by 4) of sugar daily.
- Communicable vs. Non-Communicable Diseases:
- Communicable diseases (e.g., COVID-19, flu, common cold) are caused by pathogens (bacteria, viruses). Bacterial diseases are treatable with antibiotics; viral diseases are not.
