    Four Pillars of Design Thinking

    • Inclusion: Ensuring diverse voices and ideas are considered.
    • Repeat/Iterate: Continuous testing, feedback loops, and refining solutions.

    Design Thinking Process

    • Empathize: Understanding the problem through observing and interacting with users. This includes using tools like stakeholder mapping, context mapping, empathy mapping, and exploring personas.
