Accident Communication

Communication at accident site should be established as soon as an accident takes place.
Loco Pilots (drivers) and Guards of all trains are provided with:
- Portable control telephones
- 5 Watt Walkie Talkie set
- CUG mobile SIM
- MTRC mobile handset/Cab radio set (wherever MTRC is commissioned using GSM-R, TETRA/LTE)

Additional Means of Communication

Provided progressively within the shortest possible time:
- Mobile phones/MTRC phones/Fixed Cellular Telephones (FCT) of multiple service providers
- Railway telephone/telephones
- BSNL telephone/telephones
- Facility of Video capture and its transmission
