How do we gain Resilience? Practical ways: Get perspective: try not to ‘catastrophise’/ruminate Develop a growth mindset: see challenges as opportunities for growth. Cultivate a support system: relationships with people who support and encourage you. Practice self-care: It also means taking time to relax (passive & actively), do things you enjoy. Set goals and take action: to help you feel more in control of your life. Start by setting small, achievable goals. Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the moment.
