**Objectives:** - Determine the factors affecting weather; - **Material/s:** - cotton balls - glue - black crayon/pastel - 1pc of bond paper ![](media/image26.png) WEATHER ======= - **Cumulus clouds** are towering clouds that are white and fluffy. - **Stratus clouds** form as a layer of thin, light gray clouds. - **Cirrus** are very thin and look like feathers. - **Nimbus** are dark clouds that bring rain. - **[Sunny day]** -- the sky is clear and the Sun shines brightly in the sky. - **[Cloudy day]** -- the sky is covered with clouds. Clouds block the sun and the air is cool. - **[Windy day]** -- the wind is strong. The sky can be clear or covered by clouds. - **[Rainy day]** -- there are dark clouds that fall as rain. This rain falls most of the day. - **[Stormy day]** -- it is raining hard and the wind is very strong. It can cause flood and can bring thunder and lightning called **thunderstorm**.
