We are asking for your guidance, providence of wisdom and understanding as we pursue our synchronous session today. We pray that our beloved students will become committed servants and professionals in the future. Plant in our hearts the sense of gratitude for many of the blessings that we have been receiving. Middle Adolescence (15-17 yrs. old) “Who I want to be with?” - Physical growth slows for females but continues for males. - Shifts in emotions and mood. “Self conscious” - During this stage, adolescents begin to set long-term goals and become interested in the meaning of life and moral reasoning. Late Adolescence “What is my role?” ⁻ In the late adolescence/young adulthood phase typically experience fewer physical developments and more cognitive developments. ⁻ Experience increased emotional stability and independence. ⁻ Gain the ability to think about ideas rationally, plan for the future, and gain a firm sense of identity.
