This will help you revise the test (with a choice of answers in Appendix C, to help you). Before the exam starts, you will have an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the system through a short tutorial. This will show how to navigate through the test and flag items to review at the end of the exam. Reporting and analysing an incident will only work if the procedure is simple, otherwise the victim will fail to comply. Often the most effective road to recovery is by sharing the incident and good practice with colleagues in a social situation, which is supportive and un- threatening. The role of management is to analyse all incidents and see if the risk of repetition can be reduced by changing best practice, followed by appropriate training. Enforcement agents should refer all incidents to their employer or main contractor, both for their own support and for the benefit of colleagues. 63
