Lazaro Vision - Is the thoughts of long-term aspirations/goals in achieving a better quality of life through different aspects of life. These are the things or goals one sees in the future. Mission - On the other hand, is a step-by-step guide and integrates with core principles in life to achieve the aspiration of one’s vision. This includes integrating faith into the educational experience and being moulded as a future Christian leader in service. Faith - Faith is a central aspect of Christian identity, rooted in teachings and values. It involves deep trust in God's character, promises, and actions, even without evidence. Faith is based on spiritual apprehension rather than proof, fostering strong beliefs in good and God's presence. Character - Refers to the set of moral and strong traits and qualities that define a person’s behaviour and actions such as belief, honesty, courage as well, responsibility, and critical for an individual’s overall well-being. Service - The act of helping others, often selflessly, to benefit the community or society as a whole. It involves contributing positively to the well-being of others and is an essential component of the Christian faith, expressing love for God and neighbours. Christian - An individual who follows the teaching of God. A Christian shares the responsibility of safeguarding and growing God’s creation. Formation - The Christian mission emphasizes the importance of formation in character development, fostering holistic growth in students. Formation involves becoming a kind, loving, and faithful steward for others, focusing on spiritual growth and shaping both physical and abstract entities in alignment with the Christian mission. 2.
