SOCIAL PROCESS IN FAMILY,GROUPS,ORGANIZATION AND COMMUNITIES Families are embedded in multiple context that reflect community structure and process. Through families influence those context to some degree. In the families are the recipients of events values, and norms that comprise community collective life. Families are rarely isolated and their boundaries are permeable, whether by the media ,neighbors, confidants, or social institutions. Social Process refer to forms of social interaction that occur repeatedly.By social Process we mean those ways in which individuals and groups interact and establish social relationships. There are various of forms of social interaction such as cooperation, conflict, competition and accommodation etc. According to Maclver Social Process in the manner in which the relations of the members of a group,once brought together, acquire a distinctive character. As Ginsberg says Social Process mean the various modes interaction between individuals or groups including cooperation conflict, social differentiation and integratio, development arrest decay. Community social Organization is a comprehensive descriptor of the contexts in which families live "Social Organization is how people in a community interrelate, cooperate, and provide mutual support, it includes social support norms, social controls that regulate behavior and interaction paterns, and networks that operate in community. FAMILY PATTERNS AND TYPES OF ORGANIZATION Family Patterns - Throughout history, family composition has affected children's lives in important ways, The size and structure of the family and its capacity to sustain itself has played a critical role in how children are raised, their level of formal education, and whether or not they participate in the labor force. The principal household structures are nuclear, extended, and blended. The nuclear household contains two generations, parents and children. Extended families are multi-generational and include a wide circle of kin and servants. In blended households the result of divorce or the death of spouse followed by remarriage and a new generation of children mothers and fathers can both biological parents and stepparents simultaneously. Family Organization - means family run and led, non-profit community organization providing education, connection and empowered to families an their communities to assure improved outcomes for youth experiencing significant behavioral health challenges. Family Organizations fulfill a significant role in facilitating family voice in local, state, and national policy making. Culture, Philippine Values One of the core values in Filipino culture is ''Pkikipagkapwa'' which refers to the idea of treating others with respect, kindness, and consideration. This value is particularly important in social work,as it emphasizes the need to establish rapport and build relationships with clients. Social workers are expected to approach their work with empathy, compassion, and understanding of the client's perspective. Family coping is defined as strategies or behaviors families use on order to strengthen family relationships, maintain the family's well-being, emphasize family and community as coping resources and find resolutions to stressors and family hardships. Resources are also important for families in crisis Internal resources, such as knowledge, skills, effective communication patterns and sense of mutuality and purpose within the family assist in Problem-solving process External resources may be the extended family, friends, religious affiliations, health care professionals, or social services. Gap between generations A generation of opinions and outlook between one generation and another. These differences may relates to beliefs, politics, language, work, demographics and values. The difference between Generation can cause misunderstandings but is possible for generations to overcome their differences and maintain functional relationships. Resultant factors to family disorganization Family disorganization refers to the disruption within a family unit due to factors such as loss of a parent, death, or family breakdown, which can lead to an increased risk of depression and other mental health issues later in life. Sexual values, behaviors, and health are important components of individual and family well-being. Sexuality is a fundamental aspect of the human experience. Sexuality is experienced at every stage in the lifespan, and interest with feelings, experience and practice at all levels from intrapersonal to interpersonal, social and culture. Further, sexuality is an important component of public health ,individual health and healthy families educating about such a central aspect of life is both obvious and crucial. Family Relationship and Parenthood This study suggest the important of relationship and family context for parenting behaviors of young mothers and fathers, highlighting the potential utility of involving both young mothers and fathers in parenting programs, and developing interventions that focus on streghtening young parents romantic relationships and that Address negative parenting Experienced during Childhood. Children's behaviors are partially shaped by their early experiences and exposures, which exist primarily in the context of parent-child relationships. Parenting is shaped by a combination of the family context while growing up.
