G3P1: could be pregnant for the third time, but 1 miscarriage/termination and 1 delivery beyond 20 weeks, but we don’t know if alive and well, mode of delivery, complications etc. Pregnancy overview: 3 trimesters: 1. 24 weeks. 40 weeks: Term 37-40 weeks.
