Right to Invite and Job Expansion: As a regular G-rated employee, you will have the unique right to invite and provide more job opportunities to fellow Indians. With the invitation code, you can invite your friends for internships and get a generous referral bonus when they become regular employees. Recruitment Incentives and Daily Commission Management Bonuses: The employees you recruit are your A-level employees, the employees your A-level employees recruit are your B-level employees, and the employees your B-level employees recruit are your C-level employees. Recruitment bonus: Formal. Employees can get a recruitment bonus for every new employee they recruit to become a G-level employee. Recruiting an A-level employee can get a 12% recruitment bonus. Recruiting a B-level employee can get a 4% recruitment bonus. Recruiting a C-level employee can get a 2% recruitment bonus. For example: Recruiting A-level G1 employees can earn 2250*12%=270INR. Recruiting B-level G1 employees can earn 2250*4%=90INR. Recruiting C-level G1 employees can earn 2250*2%=45INR. Recruiting A-level G2 employees can earn 6900*12%=828INR. Recruiting B-level G2 employees can earn 6900*4%=276INR. Recruiting C-level G2 employees can earn 25200*2%=138INR. Recruiting A-level G3 employees can earn 25200*12%=3024INR. Recruiting B-level G3 employees can earn 25200*4%=1008INR. Recruiting C-level G3 employees can earn 25200*2%=504INR. When you have 20 A-level G3 employees, you can get 45*20=900INR every day You can get 75*2%=1.5INR bonus for your B-level G1 employees who complete daily tasks.
