Return unused energy back to network. Don’t touch, especially if damaged. Seek advice from RIO/MOM London Ambulance Service NHS Trust 31 Network Rail Response – Emergency Intervention Unit (EIU) Based at key locations across London. Bring RIO/MOM to scene under emergency conditions. BTP medic on board London Ambulance Service NHS Trust 32 Croydon Tramlink  Confirm pantograph lowered and trams stopped face-to- face  Contact EOC if in doubt  Driver acts Tram incident officer, until senior staff arrive.  Remember road safety as well. Windscreen report on arrival Think Triage Sieve: crew to take triage belt pack and action cards with them.
