D E L U N A RH LAW The Responsible Parethood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012 (R.A 10354) Known as the Reproductive Health Law or RH law, is a law in the Philippines that guarantess universal access to methods of contraception, fertility control, sexual education, and maternal care RH The Law guarantees the following: LAW Access to services on the Reproductive Health and Family planning, with due regard to the informed choice of individuals and couples who will accept these services maternal health care services, including skilled birth attendance and facility- based deliveries reproductive health and sexuality education for the youth; regular funding for the Laws full emplementation Elements of Reproductive Health section 4, RA 10354 Family planning information and services that shall include as a first priority to make women of reproductive age fully aware of reproductive age fully aware of their respective cycles Elements of Reproductive Health section 4, RA 10354 maternal, infant and child health and nutrition, including breatfeeding proscription of abortion and management of abortion complications Elements of Reproductive Health section 4, RA adolescent 10354 and youth reproductive health guidance and counseling prevention, treatment, and management of reproductive tract infections, HIV and AIDS and other transmittable infections TOBACCO REGULATION ACT TOBACCO REGULATION ACT OF 2003 (R.A 9211) Republic Act No. 9211, also known as the Tobacco Regulation Act of 2003, is a law regulating smoking in public places, tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship, and sales restrictions, among other rrequirements Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ( RA 9165 ) This act institutes the comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, repealing Republic Act No. 6425, otherwise known as the Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972, as amended, providing funds thereof, and for other purposes Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ( RA 9165 ) Section 5 of RA penalizes any person who participates in the sale, trading, administration, dispensation, delivery, distribution, and other transportation of any dangerous drugs, including any all species of opium poppy regardless of the quantity and purity involved, or who acts as a broker in any of such transaction D. Consumer Act of the Philippines(RA 7394) Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) is the policy of the state to protect the interest of the consumer, promote general welfare, and establish standards of conduct for business and industry. The act is all focused to the welfare, protection, and rights of all the consumers in the Philippines. NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS AND EDUCATION ACT OF 2008(RA 9512) This act provides for the promotion of environmental awarenesss through environmental education that shall encompass environmental concepts and principles, environmental laws, state of international and local environment, local best practices, threats of environmental degradation and its impact on human well-being. TRADITIONAL AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE ACT (TAMA) OF 1997 (RA 8423) This act mandates the Philippine Institute of traditional and alternative Health Care( PITAHC) to accelerate the development of traditional and alternative health care in the Philippines, providing for a traditional and alternative health care development fund and for other purposes. PHILIPPINE AIDS PREVENTION AND CONTROL AACT OF 1998(RA 8504) This act promulgates policies and prescribes measures for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in the Philippines, instituting a nationwide HIV/AIDS information and educational program, establishing a comprehensive HIV/AIDS monitoring system, strengthening the Philippine National AIDS Council, and for other NATIONAL BLOOD SERVICES ACT OF 1994 (RA 7719) This act promotes voluntary blood donation to provide adequate supply of safe blood, and regulates blood banks to provide penalties for violation thereof. SEAT BELTS USE ACT OF 1999 (RA 8750) This act requires the mandatory compliance of motorist of private and public vehicles to use seat belt devices, and requires vehicle manufactures to install seat belt devices in all their manufactured vehicles. CYBERCRIME PREVENTION ACT OF 2012 (RA 10175) This act defines cybercrime, providing for the prevention, investigation, suppression, and imposition of penalties thereof and for other purposes. CYBERCRIME PREVENTION ACT OF 2012 (RA 10175) Cybercrime is a crime committed with or through the use of information and communication technologies such as radio, television, cellular phone, computer and network, and other communication device or application.
