Pressure Pot **Set-up Procedure:** 1\) Turn on booth and light 2\) Check condenser 3\) Check temperature and viscosity and filter material 4\) Check rubber gasket 5\) Ground pressure tank 6\) Put material in and tighten the clamps two by two 7\) Check if fluid regulator is off (should be loose) 8\) Connect the main air hose to the tank 9\) Set pressure at booth above 55 psi 10\) Set fluid pressure 6-9 psi 11\) Set air pressure 35-45 psi 12\) Spray and check the pattern Q1+Q2 **Clean up:** 1\) Turn down fluid pressure 13) Empty material - appropriate container 2\) Open pressure relief valve 14) Clean the tank/gasket/lid 3\) Open lid - Blow back procedure 15) Clean the gun/air cap/nozzle 4\) Empty material in the appropriate container. 16) Lubricate the gun. 5\) Add water to the tank. 17) Turn off booth and regulators. 6\) Setup fluid and air pressure (low end of the range) 7\) Spray in the booth for 10 sec 8\) Turn off atomizing air 9\) Spray in wastewater tank for 5 sec 10\) Turn down fluid pressure 11\) Open pressure relief valve 12\) Open lid - Blow back procedure
