Setting Up the Pressure Pot
- Turn on the spray booth and its lighting.
- Ensure the condenser is functioning properly.

- Ground the pressure tank for safety.
- Carefully load the material into the tank and tighten the clamps in pairs.
- Ensure that the fluid regulator is off or loose.
- Connect the main air hose to the pressure tank.
- Set the pressure at the booth above 55 psi.
- Adjust the fluid pressure to a level between 6-9 psi.
- Set the air pressure to a range between 35-45 psi.
- Test the spray pattern using the Q1+Q2 function.
Cleaning the Pressure Pot
- Reduce the fluid pressure to prepare for cleaning.
- Empty the remaining material into an appropriate container.
- Release the pressure by opening the relief valve.
- Open the lid and perform the blow-back procedure to clear the system.
